HOW TO JOIN
-Send a note to the club. Please have "Join Togepi-club" as the title of the note.
-Add the club to your "Watch"-list.
-You may want to add the club icon to your journal

HOW TO SEND PICTURES
-Send a note with the link to the picture (title: Art submission).
-The picture will be uploaded to the club gallery with a link to the original drawing. Comments will be disabled here, so visitors can only comment on the original picture.
-Pictures that you can submit must have Togepi or Togechikku/Togetic on it.

RULES
1. Read the DA rules.
2. Be nice to other members (^^).
3. No stealing of other's work or copyrighted work!
4. You can favourite the pictures here, but if you want the artist to know, it might be an idea to favourite the picture on the artist's page.
